The Wine of the year Finalists 2011 online competition at wineoftheyear.com.au – vote online enter the draw to win.

This website is owned by Cellarmaster Wines Pty Limited, ABN 95 076 727 949, Licence No. 51205679.

  1. First prize winner will be awarded with a trip for 4 people to the Barossa Valley. Prize includes return flights for four (4) from nearest capital city to the mailing address of the winner, three (3) days car hire, two (2) nights accommodation, lunch with a South Australian Winemaker including one (1) bottle of Penfolds Grange, and a tour of the Dorrien Estate Winemaking Facility (Valued at up to $8321). The second runners up (5 x awarded) will be one Riedel Ouverture Magnum wine glass six (6) pack (valued at $119.85 each). Total prize pool value $8920.25
  2. The four (4) airfares for first prize must be taken from the same capital city on the same flight. Eligible Capital cities are Perth, Darwin, Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart. If the winner resides in South Australia then no airfares are included in the prize.
  3. The Hire Car will be pick up and set down in Adelaide First prize must be taken within twelve (12) months of the prize draw. Dates are dependant on availability; Cellarmasters will endeavour to accommodate requested travel dates but cannot guarantee availability of times.
  4. The one (1) bottle of Penfolds Grange is subject to change with wines of similar value.
  5. All prize winners will be drawn at random from valid entries at 11am on Monday 20th June 2011. Prize draws will take place at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010
  6. The prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All delivery costs will be paid for by Cellarmasters. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to in writing by Cellarmasters.
  7. Eligible entrants will automatically be granted:
    a) One entry per unique email address entered when submitting individual votes for Wine of the Year Red Finalist via the website www.wineoftheyear.com.au. b) One entry per case of the 2011 Wine of the Year Red Finalists purchased from Cellarmasters, ANZ Wine Club and David Jones Wine Club up to a maximum of five (5) entries. c) Northern Territory entrants who win first prize will not receive the bottle of Penfolds Grange as Northern Territory Regulations do not allow the awarding of alcohol as a prize. There will be no replacement for this component of the prize should a Northern Territory Entrant win first prize. d) Cellarmasters staff and employees are not eligible to win.
  8. This promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Thursday 7th April 2011 and closes 11.55 (AEST) on Friday 17th June 2011. The winners will be notified via email on Tuesday 21stth June 2011. Winners will be published at www.wineoftheyear.com.au on Tuesday 21st June 2011. First prize winner will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 22nd June 2011.
  9. Cellarmasters is operated by Cellarmaster Wines Pty Limited, corner Barossa Valley Way and Siegersdorf Rd, Tanunda, 5352, Licence No. 51205679.
  10. Cellarmasters encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines ¬ up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for males and up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for females.
  11. All entries remain the property of the promoter and may be entered into a database and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including email contact.
  12. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the competition.
  13. If any winner(s) of the draw cannot be contacted, is unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeits or does not claim their prize then the promoter will conduct a second chance draw on Wednesday 21st September 2011 at 11am at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The second chance winner(s) will be notified by email on Thursday 22nd September 2011. If the second chance draw is for first prize the winner for first prize will be posted in The Australian on Friday 23rd September 2011.
  14. If neither the winner nor the second chance winner claims the prize, the promoter will deal with the prize as Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2009 (S.A.) requires.
